He has Neptune, the planet of mystery, in Sagittarius right on his Sagittarius Ascendant, ruled by and conjunct Jupiter in icy Scorpio (giving him his white-haired and rather cool appearance). All this Jupiter/Neptune/Sagittarius/12th house energy has manifested in his mission to publish news leaks for the stated purpose of creating open governments (his Pluto is in the 10th house of government). Meanwhile, the Cardinal T-Square to his Cancerian Sun in the 8th house explains his issues with women, particularly because his Sun is ruled by the Moon in Scorpio in the 12th.

Virgo Eamon Sullivan won Olympic Silver thanks to Saturn-Mars & the Moon!
